More details to come, but all events across the three days will take place at Villa Catignano in Tuscany, Italy. The villa is just a short 10-minute drive from Siena, which is easily accessible by train from various locations around Italy.

Getting to Villa CatignanoVilla Catignano is located just outside Siena, in the beautiful region of Tuscany. It’s easily accessible by train from most major cities in Italy.You can catch a train from cities such as Rome, Florence, Pisa, or Milan—all of which have international airports. From these cities, trains run regularly to Siena. Getting there via Train

Driving in ItalyIf you’d prefer the freedom to explore, hiring a car is a great option. Last year, Marcus and I rented a car during our trip to Italy and spent a few days driving through the countryside—it was honestly one of the highlights of our time there. We hired a car from a local rental company (nothing fancy!) and it was absolutely fabulous. Tuscany is full of scenic roads, charming towns, and stunning views, so if you're up for an adventure, we’d definitely recommend it. Villa Catignano has free parking on-site for guests.

Travel around Tuscany and explore some of the most beautiful winery's in the world. Beautiful wine, beautiful views and most include a castle.

Winery Tour 

When in Italy… ring a little bell and have a glass of wine delivered through a wall. Known as wine windows (buchette del vino), these tiny openings in stone walls were originally used during the plague to serve wine safely—now they’re just a very charming (and very Italian) way to get a drink. You can still find a few in places like Florence!

All About Bistecca alla Fiorentina (Florentine Steak)Florentine steak isn’t just a meal—it’s a whole experience. This iconic Tuscan dish is made from Chianina beef, one of the oldest and most prized cattle breeds in Italy. The cut is a massive T-bone or porterhouse, at least 3–4cm thick, and always served rare to medium-rare (it’s practically a crime to overcook it in Florence!).Traditionally, it’s grilled over a wood or charcoal fire, seasoned with just salt, pepper, and a splash of olive oil—letting the quality of the meat shine. Most places serve it with roasted potatoes, beans, or a simple salad. 🌿 Day Trip to the Saturnia Thermal BathsFor a truly relaxing experience, consider a day trip to the Saturnia Thermal Baths—a natural hot spring in southern Tuscany. The stunning Cascate del Mulino waterfalls are completely free to access and flow with warm, sulphur-rich water that’s said to have healing properties. It’s about a two-hour drive from Siena, but the experience of soaking in the turquoise pools surrounded by Tuscan countryside is absolutely worth it. Bring your swimmers, a towel, and prepare for a day of bliss!

Siena is a stunning medieval city with winding cobblestone streets, rich history, and beautiful architecture.

Explore Siena

If you have a day or two to spare, a trip to Florence is well worth it. Just over an hour away by car or train, Florence is packed with art, history, and beautiful architecture. You can visit the Duomo, see Michelangelo’s David at the Accademia Gallery, wander the Uffizi Gallery, or simply enjoy a stroll along the Arno River and across the Ponte Vecchio. Florence is also great for shopping, food, and gelato—don’t miss it!
